What do you need to do if...

Three practical tips

What can I do if I have an idea for the ESG policy?

Of course, we would love to hear any ideas you have for our ESG policy (Environment, Social and Governance). Feel free to e-mail these to the administrative office. Your idea may have already been incorporated in the long-term plan for the TNO Pension Fund ESG policy, which you can also read on our website under Documents. If your idea’s not there, the TNO Pension Fund ESG policy committee will incorporate your idea where possible. We will keep you up to date on all the developments and the achieved results via Life & Pension.

What do I need to do if I’m ill for a long time or can no longer work?

TNO Pension Fund has a scheme for people who are ill for a long time. TNO Pension Fund will ensure that your pension accrual continues as though you were working full-time, and it is possible to supplement your WIA payments if your degree of disability is over 35% and your pensionable income is above the maximum daily wage. You are eligible for this as long as you are still in employment and have not retired or taken partial retirement. Make sure you stay informed of all the possibilities, and contact AZL in time. We will focus on this in more detail in the next edition of Life & Pension.

What can I do if I’m looking for an explanation about pensions in English?

TNO Pension Fund makes sure that more and more of its pension information is available in English. For instance, this edition of Life & Pension and various newsletters have been published in two languages. There’s also an English summary available on our website here, giving all the important pension information. If there’s something missing or if you have a specific question about pensions, don’t hesitate to get in touch. And let’s be honest: pension is no easy topic, so we’ll do everything we can to explain things using clear language.
